Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of our estates located in Cumieira, sub-region of Lower Corgo, Douro.
The harvest is carried out manually, in order to preserve the structure of the tree, following the olives directly to the press in food plastic boxes with a capacity of 25 kg. No olives from the ground are used.
The extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous 2-phase extraction is subsequently carried out.
The decanting process lasts between 2 to 3 months.
